Bovis is holding a public exhibition at Coggeshall Village Hall on Monday 15th July from 3pm to 8pm. They will be setting out their proposals for the Colchester Road development, as they have been granted outline planning permission and are now preparing for the detailed scheme.

While it is not possible to reverse Braintree’s decision to grant permission for this site, there is still a chance to influence what it will look like. This could be to call for particular types of houses, comment on the affordable housing provision or make suggestions for or against certain designs.
