Even with a pandemic, Coggeshall Christmas was still a great event last year and we hope this year it will be just as good, or even better.
We saw lots of visitors come to the market but with plenty of social distancing, face masks and sanitisers, making it a safe event. It wasn’t quite the same event as it would be usually, so we are hoping this year we can bring back some of the elements that were missed, such as the choir and Father Christmas. This will all depend on what happens this year, but we are staying optimistic!
The event will be on Saturday 4th December from 12pm to 4pm.
There will be stalls on Stoneham Street and we hope to also have stalls in the village hall. At this point we will take applications for both, but the indoor market will depend on any restrictions that may be in place at the time.
We will be looking for sponsors for this year’s event as we have done in previous years. These sponsors help us to fund the event and support the community. At the same time, they get a bit of publicity for their business as we will do the following:
- Put their logo on a banner to be featured somewhere central in Coggeshall
- Put their logo on this page of the website
- Create a free advert on this website
- Have a post on the @coggeshallessex Instagram account
- Have a post on the Coggeshall Christmas Facebook page
This will cost just £25 per sponsor!
If you would like to support us through sponsorship, please email [email protected] with ‘Sponsorship’ in the subject line and a member of our team will reply to you.
