Even with a pandemic, Coggeshall Christmas was still a great event last year and we hope this year it will be just as good, or even better.

We have a huge range of stalls selling a range of items such as:

  • Candles
  • Pet products
  • Clothes
  • Coggeshall merchandise
  • Baked goods
  • Jewellery
  • Crafts
  • Illustrations

The event will be on Saturday 4th December from 12pm to 4pm. Father Christmas will be in attendance to turn on the lights and there will also be a choir singing some festive tunes.

Stalls will be spaced out on Stoneham Street and also in the village hall. Please note, due to the recent change in Government restrictions around coronavirus, masks should now be worn in the hall.

To ensure it is a safe day for all, please bear in mind social distancing as you walk around and also use hand sanitiser where you can. We’re sure everyone wants to spend Christmas with their families this year and not in isolation!

We are so grateful for a number of local companies and organisations who are sponsoring the event this year. Their funds will go back into the Committee’s account for next year, helping to ensure this amazing event can keep running. We’ve also had help from a number of other local businesses to make the event happen. Without their help, it would be much more difficult or expensive to hold the market or to make it as successful as it is!
