What is Quizical?
It’s an event played in teams of 4 with a mix of quiz and games rounds. It is very sociable and you will meet and compete with folks from other teams during the games.

Do I need to wear Lycra / trainers?
No. The physical games are a mix of traditional pub games with a twist and other games you may not have seen / played before from around the world. Games have been handpicked for their tendency to get folks “very engaged” very fast – we call it competitive socializing.

Will I play the games?
Yes. The games are either played in twos then swap over or individually then swap. Physical rounds are timed so all members of the team will play all games. You won’t have long to wait before playing and if you are not playing you will probably be shouting support for your team or chatting to folks on the other teams.

How long does a Quizical event last?
Event lasts about 2.5 hrs – over 5 rounds

Can I drink during Quizical?
Yes – Quizical is thirsty work and our licensed bar will be open before, during and after. After some folks may stay on and challenge others to individual or team games after Quizical.

What happens after the Quiz?

Folks generally stay on for a drink, to dance, challenge folks that beat them during the games…to a rematch, chat and mingle with old and new friends…outside under the stars or even do big screen karaoke!
