My Husband and I moved to Coggeshall in June and were amazed by the warm welcome we have received. I really am very grateful. We have a beautiful family three grown up children and three adorable grandchildren.
We have fallen in love with Coggeshall and we are gradually exploring and getting to know the area. What is fantastic is that we have a daughter in Colchester and another in Flitch Green, while our son lives in London. It’s great to be closer to the girls and our Son is still very accessible from here and of course I get to see more of the grandchildren.
I have practised yoga and been “into” Crystals for many years, but 7 years ago I was diagnosed with Autoimmune Conditions that changed my life, causing Chronic Pain and Chronic Fatigue. This lead to me needing to use a wheelchair if I needed to be on my feet for more than 5 or 10 minutes.
Lots of drugs followed which also had unpleasant side effect so I decided things had to change.
I started to study crystal healing at Beginners then Advanced Level, the Reiki followed quickly after. I took the Reiki up to Master Level. I also changed my diet and now eat a mainly plant based diet, although not 100% vegan.
To cut a very long story short, things began to improve and although I am never pain free it is at a level that is manageable without too many drugs. It is now two years since I have needed my wheelchair and whilst I would never claim to provide a diagnosis or a cure, I believe that I can help others by sharing what I have learned.
It wasn’t long before people began to ask me for treatments, so I set up a practise at our old home in Stanford-Le-Hope. It gave me so much joy choosing things for my Healing Space, and of course I now had a really good excuse for buying more crystals.
It was important for me to find a house where I could continue to practise, which is exactly what we did. I still treat some of my old Clients albeit distantly and I’m now beginning to build a lovely Client base here to.
Reiki teaches that we all have the ability to heal within ourselves and by receiving beautiful Reiki Energy this ability is stimulated. This is achieved using deep relaxation and gentle transference of energy from the hands of an Attuned practitioner to the client.
I like to use crystals, pendulums and essential oils, of course with my client’s permission as this enhances the experience.
I do of course offer Crystal Healing without Reiki and it gives me great joy to be able share Crystals with everyone.
